Important terms that apply to bookings and services provided by Hunks4Hire.
Services purchased through Hunks4hire are always quoted individually and additional terms are also stated individually. Ie. if you book a Male stripper you will be asked to guarantee that the party is all female. If you purchase the service and the model turns up to a party different to this, the model would be within their rights to refuse the service and your deposit would not be refunded. The same applies if your venue is not appropriate (i.e. not private or not indoors).
By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to our full Terms & Conditions quoted individually, as well as to the Terms & Conditions listed on this page.
It is a company policy that any model or teacher, male or female, has the right to leave a job at any time if they feel unsafe or the above terms and conditions of booking are not met. In this case any monies paid will not be refunded.
For Art Parties it is not possible to choose your Model – this is because only a few Models are specifically trained for these parties and with Art Parties in high demand, we assign the model to each Party based on the locality of the other parties on the day.
For Topless Waiters and 15 minute Strips, we do offer Clients their Top 2 choice of the Models in the area, based on availability on the day. On the rare occasion a Model becomes unavailable after you’ve booked due to personal reasons, sickness or emergencies (we would never offer your model to another party after you’ve booked), Hunks4hire reserves the right to replace your Model with other available staff. Where possible, we will endeavour to give you a choice of preference, however this is often not possible due to limited availability in instances where a Model becomes unavailable at short notice.
Only in the rare case that a model cannot attend a party that has been booked and no other model can be found to cover the party, Hunks4hire will issue the client a full refund of any deposit paid to us.
The remaining balance of your quoted party, after subtracting the deposit, is due either on or before the day of the party, before the party begins. If the balance is not paid before the start of the party, our staff will not be able to proceed with your booking and any deposit associated with the booking will be forfeit.
Party services booked though us and cancelled by the client prior to 7 days out will be credited to the value of the deposit.
With studio bookings cancelling will result in the value of the venue hire being deducted from any credit to cover hire fees already paid by Hunks4hire to the venue.
Parties cancelled with less than 7 days notice lose the deposit as we have already locked in staff and/or purchased materials.
By booking one of our services you consent to having your photos taken by us and possibly used on Social media and stored by us in an online cloud. Hunks4hire will not share any of these photos or any personal information with any other 3rd party. If you do not wish to have your photos shared on social media please let your teacher/model know at the party.
Independent Contractors
Hunks4hire Australia (“Hunks4hire”) engages performers and service providers as independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Hunks4hire. All performers are solely responsible for their own conduct and actions during an event.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunks4hire accepts no responsibility or liability for any act, omission, misconduct, negligence, or breach of law by performers or other third parties engaged through our booking services. By engaging Hunks4hire, the Client acknowledges and agrees that any dispute, injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from the actions of performers is a matter solely between the Client and the performer.
Client Waiver & Indemnity
By booking Hunks4hire’s services, the Client releases and forever discharges Hunks4hire from any liability, claim, or demand of any kind or nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the actions of performers at an event. The Client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hunks4hire, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) resulting from or related to the actions of performers or the conduct of attendees at the event.
